I am a PhD student passionate about exploring diverse biological processes through genomic approaches. My research focuses on investigating the symbiotic relationships between freshwater sponges and their microbiomes at a global scale. Specifically, I aim to uncover the key drivers shaping these interactions and their implications for host immune system regulation. I am also interested in population genomics and environmental DNA techniques, which I hope to include in my research moving forward.
